AusTouge Continued…

Ok ok, I should really get this posted.

So the story goes, A bunch of ae86 guys decided to go for a drive. The turnout wasn’t great compared to the usual standards, either was the driving pace, but hey, it was still some fast ae86’s driving through the hills.

So we set off up the mountain, and I was very happy with how my car was setup, easily the fastest on the day.

So obviously I’ll start with my car, 4agze, full coilovers, full cage, 2 way lsd, adjustable sway bars, strut braces, etc etc. Body mods include stylised damage and FRP fenders.

And the clear stand out attraction for the day was this Oldskool Cressida featuring wide some low offset rims and no suspension. Not the car you want to be driving on the mountain, especially when you scrap on cats eyes.

One thing was sure though, those equip 01’s were the sex.

I challenge you to find a better place then the side of a mountain to roll your guards.

So after about 15 minutes of Touge driving we decided to pull over, it was about another 5 minutes of waiting before everyone else caught up. We took off again from this point, There was a Red ae86 leading the way, followed by a Yellow ae86, followed by my car, the rest didn’t last very long before falling behind again.

Arrived at our destination, a very old style hotel.

And so we arrived into town, after about 1.5 hours of high revs, and fast corners. There was a section of road that had two lanes going up the hill and another lane for on coming traffic, I don’t have a speedo, but i spent most of it in the top of 3rd and 4th.

This one was especially for Quinn, at first I thought this was a local car, until I noticed the front wheels.

On the drive home, this guy was my buddy, He has a 7afe installed, oh how he did try, but 4agze > 7afe  P.S. highway racing is gay.

If this town looked like this every day, I would live here.

At the end of the day, a good time was had by all.
